Campbell & Kennedy will complete work that is fully covered by a guarantee without fuss and without any charge.

If you decide not to proceed with the recommended work but the work is not covered by the Terms & Conditions of guarantee then you will be liable for the minimum call out charge £15 +VAT. This charge should be paid on the day.

Items not covered by guarantee:
Roof mounted satellite dishes
Movement of satellite dishes/antennas when wind speeds exceed 40mph
Movement of satellite dishes/antennas when wind speeds exceed 62.5mph
Any equipment supplied by Campbell & Kennedy that has been moved, tampered with or subject to an attempted repair by others
Any existing equipment whatsoever not supplied by Campbell & Kennedy Ltd.
All work outwith the gurantee period.
