£10 Sky Standard Installation Terms and Conditions:

AS THIS OFFER IS ONLY VALID FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN A 50 MILE RADIUS OF GLASGOW CITY CENTRE

Free Equipment Offer: To get your free minidish and digibox you must enter into the interactive Discount Contract with Marketing Contributions Limited and subscribe to Sky Digital for at least 12 months. Under the terms of this offer and the Interactive Discount Contract you agree to have your digital satellite system installed in the UK by a professional installer (see below for the cost of this). You also agree to keep your telephone line (which must be fixed and operational) connected to your digibox and a viewing card in the digibox for at least 12 months.

If any of these offer terms or any terms of the interactive Discount Contract are broken, or you do not make all the subscription payments due in the minimum term of your sky digital subscription contract, you agree to reimburse the interactive discount costs of up to £80 to Marketing Contributions Limited and our costs of providing your digital satellite system of up to £120 to Sky. Sky's free equipment offer is limited to one per household.

The offer is not open to anyone who has previously signed an interactive Discount Contract and/or whose household has previously benefited from an interactive discount Sky will select the equipment supplied to you under this offer at its discretion. Special Offer Standard installation costs £100 or £60 if you subscribe to Sky digital and select Sky world package (options 1A-6A - see the contracts booklet) before 29/2/04.

If you subscribe to a sky world package before 29/02/04 standard installation will cost £10 and you will receive all 9 Sky Movies screens free for the first month and only pay the prevailing price for Sky Sports World with your chosen entertainments package (currently £31-£33 per month) for the first month. After that you will pay the prevailing price for Sky World with your chosen entertainment package (currently £38-£40 per month). However, if you end you subscription contract, or otherwise break the terms of it in the first 12 months of your subscription, you will be liable to pay Sky the difference what you paid for standard installation and our current full standard installation price of £100.

A separate installation charge will be payable by you if you already have a satellite system and wish to continue using it, or if your installation is not standard. You will be advised of the charges for this before your digital system is installed. You are responsible for all consents required e.g. Landlords consent before installation.

Further terms and conditions of the installation are set out in the contracts booklet which we will send you. Special offer price excludes previous and existing sky subscribers and does not apply to the installation of digital satellite equipment not provided under Sky's free minidish and digibox offer. Sky digital subscription: The minimum subscription period to sky digital is 12 months. Packages currently cost from £13.50 to £40 per month.
